TPN hit hard by the financial crisis

cam The Podcast Network, brainchild of Cameron Reilly looks like it has fallen victim to the financial crisis and our own “information for free” habits. Like Infidel guy it looks like some quality media will disappear from our computer screens because it can’t be sustained through advertising and listeners simply don’t want to pay for something that they have got for free.

Cameron has been instrumental in helping keep the Mercy Ministries debate alive, through his interviews of survivors and in investigating the sordid and incestuous world of the Gloria Jeans franchise.

He produces quality stuff, the questions is do we want to pay for that quality? Do we want independent media enough to pay for it?
