Compassion responds to my Mercy query…sort of

I mentioned in this post that I was going to try and contact Compassion Australia in regards to their apparent removal of any reference to Mercy Ministries being involved with sponsorship.   This was my email:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I note that you have appear to have recently removed articles on your website relating to sponsorship by  Mercy Ministries.  Does Mercy no longer support compassion?

To which I received an auto reply and a weird account creation email:

You should receive a response from our Support department within 2 working days from the time of your request

So that’s the current state of affairs 4 days on.  I am not holding my breath.
