I've just watched the 9am video from April in which Golden "explains" homeopathy (it sounds like prayer with some psychoanalysis thrown in. He never explains how the actual product "treats" the things he claims need treating.) .
At the end of that segment (here), Kim invites him back to discuss Swine Flu saying "that really gets people's heckles up".
So this doesn't look like an oversight or poor research – it was apparently intended to cause controversy. So what if a few people get hurt in the process, it's all good business.

When its a matter of public health their should be some consequence for screening such material.
