Mercy Ministries opens up on the reasons for organisational change

In PFT magazine  we find Mercy Ministries’ reason for their organisational restructure and the formation of Mercy Ministries International.  Namely;

  • an increase in demand for their services
  • increased ability to enforce quality assurance prior to this date apparently Mercy Ministries homes were a loose confederation.

So a loose confederation of Mercy homes managed to achieve 93-95% success rate, despite having no quality assurance, no direction from an international body? Without being compliant with Mercy Programs?

At least Nancy doesn’y start quoting figures that she cant back up with solid evidence.  She does tend to go on about “Choices that Bring Change” the program that replaced the publicly available Restoring the Foundations.  One may be forgiven for thinking that this might be a  choice theory based program, but I suspect that there is really only one choice that Mercy thinks that you should make and that’s Jesus.

As I have stated before I think that this new program is RTF spun into a new hip,individualistic, seeker friendly package.

It’s all about choice right?  Must be okay?

If anyone from Mercy is reading I would be happy to be proven wrong.  Please get in touch and send me a copy of your new program for review.
