As has been widely reported the Pope in his christmas message has warned of the evil of sodomy( unless it’s little boys and girls with priests)and muff diving. Claiming -
that saving humanity from homosexual behaviour was just as important as saving rainforests.
Now at least one Australian bishop has come out in disagreement with the Pontiff. Auxillary Bishop of Canberra and Goulburn Pat Power said that
the Pope’s comments on homosexuality have hurt the gay and lesbian community.
No Shit Sherlock! you can’t get much worse than being equated with global warming as a threat against human kind. For me though the Pope’s comment is far too close to that of another Leader who sought to blame all the ills befalling Germany on the Jews, the Gays, the Freethinkers.
But in almost the same breath as the Bishop questions his Commander in Chief, he excuses him saying that the Pope
is reacting to more militant elements within the gay community.
If only those rude little homo’s would stop being all up in our faces. We never do that, “cough” World Youth Day “cough”.
Sorry Bishop Pat, the Pope at least has the strength of his miguided hateful convictions, you are just a pathetic apologist who insults the friendship and the trust of your gay parishioners.

Ya know, I never understood why sodomy means implicitly anal sex nowadays. Biblically sodomy meant anal, oral, or bestiality, but any time I hear a preacher on stage using the word sodomy, he** always seems to be lynching*** the gays, while ignoring those ebil blowjob givers and those… others.
Probably because the Precher enjoys a little of that attention himself.

He's 82 or something, he grew up in Nazi Germany, is an ARCH conservative, is silly enough to believe in a sky god, loves wearing robes and skirts, believes he's eating and drinking bits of jesus, forgives his child (sex) loving staff, seems to love the death and destruction of HIV, has probably never done a real days work in his life, contributes nothing productive, is funded by donation and is (reportedly) well known as a bit of a pr*ck. Why does anyone listen to the fool? Sadly, it seems about a billion Catholics do.
