The national broadcaster has of late been providing some quality programs on religious and scientific issues. Imagine my delight when coming across the replay of an All in the Mind segment on skeptics featuring among others The Amazing Randi and Adam Savage of Mythbusters fame. The Skeptics of Carlos blog circle also gets a link on the website (Podblack Kitty will be pleased).
Randi was very hopeful regarding the skeptic scene in Australia, commenting that we were in a better situation than the US in terms of our general skepticism.
